Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins

Here I am with my latest culinary adventure, pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. I'd never fancied the idea of a vegetable in a sweet desert, not in the slightest. Until i tried these. This is a lovely recipe I found, and i'd like to share it with you!

First of all, preheat your oven to 200C (or 390F)
You will need:
3/4 cup White Sugar
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil
2 eggs
3/4 cup Pumpkin (pur
éed)
1/4 Water
1 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 Ground Cloves
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 - 1 cup Chocolate chips (Depending on how much of a sweet tooth you are)

-Mix sugar, oil, eggs in a bowl. Add your pumpkin and water.
-
In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices.
-
Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stir in the chocolate chips.
- Grease and flour a muffin tray (or you can use muffin cups!) Fill the muffin cups about 2/3 full with the batter.
- Bake in your preheated oven for 15-20 minutes. Or until a toothpic comes out clean.

Ready for the oven!

Freshly Baked!

It was a long 15 minutes waiting for these bad boys to cool, but i made it!

Looks good, but what about the inside?

Perfect.
